HOP Adults

Welcome to HOP Adults

We want everyone at HOP to be engaged. It’s our belief that from Christ, “From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” (Eph. 4:16) Below are a variety of ways adults can be a part of growing and building up our body into Christ.

Tuesday Group, is a fellowship of young believers from various churches and seasons. Our aim is to encourage one another with scripture, prayer, and fellowship. We do this by walking through: books of the Bible, topical studies, challenging videos, hard questions and connecting over hobbies, games, and coffee. While many of those who attend are believers we are not closed off to people coming to learn and figure things out, but know that we will talk about the Bible and its message.

To get involved please reach out to me, Pastor Peter. I would enjoy hearing your story and personally inviting you to Tuesday Group. 678-476-2298

Senior Adult Group

The HOP Senior Adult Group or, as we affectionately call ourselves, Happy Older People, meet in the Church's dining room at 12:00 on the first Friday of every month and spend time together around tables with fellowship and a meal. Following that, there are different speakers who share information relevant to our age or some kind of entertainment (music, comedian, etc), or a faith-based presentation. We usually plan and take a monthly day trip to an area attraction. We pray for one another and others in our church and community, make sure we stay updated on the activities at the church and areas where each of us can use the gifts God has given us to serve in the church and community.

To get involved with the Happy Older People is easy - just come to a monthly get-together or contact me, Tom Langford, at 706-970-9847 for more information.
