We invite you to join us in celebrating Easter at House of Prayer Church.  It's during this spring season that we remember the beauty of new life, new beginnings and new hope.  Join us as we look at how Jesus offers all those things and more.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sunrise Service, 7:00am

As the sun rises over Brasstown Bald in the distance, we invite you to join us for a brief service as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. Dress warm, and bring a lawn chair if you wish.  (We will also have seating.)   

Pancake Breakfast, 7:45am

A pancake breakfast will be served following the service around 7:45am in our dining room. We'll have plenty of coffee and miles of pancakes too.

Discipleship Hour, 9:00am

We have classes for all ages during our discipleship hour.  It's a time to gather in smaller groups and get to know people on a more personal level.   

Community Worship Service, 10:00am

We'll gather in our main sanctuary in the Family Life Center for special music from the House of Prayer Choir, a time of worship with our live band, and an Easter message from Pastor Jeff.  We would love to have you share in this time with our church family.

FAQ's

What should I wear?  Anything you like.  You are welcome in your overalls or your suit and tie. 

Is sunrise service indoors?  Our sunrise service is outside, weather permitting with Discipleship Hour and Worship Service inside in our main Sanctuary in the Family Life Center.
